Today, Diana continues to educate her clients as well as other stylists on proper hair care that is customized for their own particular hair type.
During the late 1970s and early 1980s, Diana trained extensively at the Los Angeles, CA Vidal Sassoon Academy and applied her trade in the music and film industry. In 1994 she returned to Haddonfield, NJ and opened her own salon, Head Trip Studio.
At Head Trip, Diana has always stressed the importance of consulting with clients one-on-one.
"My consultations focus on educating clients about their hair type and how different factors such as facial features and life style combine to create their very own look". Diana works personally by not only creating individual looks, but also by teaching her clients step by step on how to keep their hair healthy and beautiful.

Let’s Do Nails Right at Head Trip Studio!
In the studio, Sherri strictly observes proper sanitation procedures starting with a thorough hand wash by herself and her client before starting the manicure. She also disinfects all towels, tools and surfaces before starting work on a new client. Sherri does all her work by hand and there is no drilling involved. She performs "mini manicures" that do not include buffing or filing the natural nail plate which only weakens the nail and harms the nail structure.
Sherri says: "I am an advocate of Shellac because it keeps your nails not only beautiful but healthy and strong! I believe the CND system is a perfect fit for Head Trip Studio and compliments Diana’s concept that beauty and health go hand in hand."

For over thirty years, hair designer Diana DiMedio has been committed to teaching women and men to "embrace their individuality." She teaches that hair care is more than harsh chemicals and damaging styling tools. 
Diana’s ongoing desire to further her education led her to a Deva Curl seminar in NYC in 2007. She realized the Deva Concept mirrored her own philosophy: that shiny, healthy hair should move and flatter the wearer. She is currently an advisor for Deva Curl and in turn conducts seminars for other stylists, teaching them the Deva Curl Concept.
Head Trip Studio’s licensed manicurist Sherri Johnston is proud to be a Creative Nail Design (CND) Specialist. After 24 years as a manicurist she strongly believes that nails have taken a back seat to health and care. Shellac, by CND, is a hybrid of nail polish and gel for a longer, stronger wear and a healthier way to help keep nails strong and beautiful. The Shellac manicure helps maintain healthy nails with no negative side effects. Sherri properly removes the Shellac polish by using CND nail wraps to keep the nail structure from weakening and becoming dehydrated. A generous amount of Solar Oil by CND is then applied to maintain a quality manicure.
